Valeria Pierdominici

Graduated in Clinical Psychology at the University of Turin in 1998.
Valeria becomes an expert recruiter with Dr. Rita Testa, she holds a Master in Recruiting from University of Milan- SDA Bocconi. Under the supervision of Dr. Giuseppe Occidente  - HR Director and Sociologist - and Prof. Enzo Spaltro she learns dynamics at work and organisational psychology always combining study and work.

She collaborates with the Mag11 in the Vienna city administration - research department - as independent researcher with Dr. Stefanie Friedlmayer.

She practices in the St Anna Hospital in Como- Italy with Dr. Vito Tummino.
In Milan in 2007, specializes in  Psychosomatic Psychotherapy following the well known Psychiatrist Raffaele Morelli.
Lives in Turin, Milan, Nairobi, Barcelona, ​​Portsmouth, London,Portovenere (in a boat) Vienna and finally Amsterdam.
Since 2007 she works with Dr. Eric Cambridge in Amsterdam at the Expat Medical Center with patients from all over the world in Italian, English and Spanish.
She is studying Afrikaans and Dutch.
2012/2013 Writer in the field of Educational Psychology publishes articles in italian for children and parents with the Publishing company RIZA, magazine 'Happy Children.'
Leads creative writing courses (one with prisoners).
Conducts research workshop: identity and decision making for expatriates.
She has been working with several international schools in the Netherlands supporting children in the path of adapting in the new context.

Patients come from major companies in the territory for which the resolution of their problems and psychological support benefits the welfare of the community preventing major issues.

In 2004 in Turin exhibition of painting and photography.
In Amsterdam, to support her studie financially she works for KLM, Booking.com, Accucoms in the field customer care.

She collaborates on projects with well-known artists of the city and write as visual art critic for museas such as the Stedelijk, FOAM, Stadarchief, Huise Marseille.

Many artists benefit from the therapy with Valeria, to be more able to create and plan artistic projects with a better state of mind and balanced psychological attitude.

 

Si laurea in Psicologia Clinica e di Comunita presso l'Universita' degli Studi di Torino nel 1998.

Diventa una esperta selezionatrice del personale per otto anni combinando lo studio ed il lavoro in azienda.

A Milano nel 2007 si specializza in Psicoterapia ad indirizzo Psicosomatico presso la scuola di Raffaele Morelli.

Vive a Barcellona, Porthmouth, Londra, Vienna e infine Amsterdam.

Dal 2007  lavora ad Amsterdam presso un centro medico per espatriati come Psicoterapeuta con pazienti provenienti da tutto il mondo in italiano inglese e spagnolo con sessioni individuali, di gruppo e workshop.

Studia afrikaans e olandese.

2012/2013 pubblica articoli di Psicologia per bambini e genitori con RIZA, Figli Felici.

Conduce corsi di scrittura creativa e percorsi individuali di Psicoterapia.

Conduce workshop di ricerca personale, identita' e decision making per espatriati.

Collabora con diverse scuole internazionali in Olanda supportando bambini nel percorso di inserimento, ed i pazienti provengono da importanti aziende del territorio per cui la risoluzione dei problemi ed il supporto psicologico in seduta porta beneficio a livello sociale e lavorativo non solo alsoggetoin terapia maanche alla societa' stessa e al benessere della comunita' prevenendo disagi piu' profondi.

Nel 2001 personale a Torino.

Nel 2003 una collettiva e una personale alla Galleria Ducale Vigevano.

Nel 2004 mostra a Torino di pittura e fotografia.

Ad Amsterdam lavora con artisti conosciuti della citta' e scrive per musei come  Stedelijk, FOAM, Stadarchief, Huise Marseille.
